The following is a list of Travel Demand Management -“TDM” - conditions established by the applicant to reduce the amount of automobile traffic from the development. These conditions may include employee incentives to encourage a reduction in automobile travel. 1. Flexible work hours and staggered work start times.

2. On-site amenities such as direct-deposit of employee paychecks.

3. Arrange employee work hours to reduce trips to and from the site.

4. Encouraging employee ridesharing.

5. Distributing ridesharing promotional materials to employees.

6. A transportation coordinator on staff.

7. Designating preferential parking spaces (in front of the building) for employees that carpool.

8. Provide secure bicycle storage areas for employees who wish to bicycle to work.
